HIT OR MISSED?

It is really colorful cos she wore an orange peplum top on a washed blue jean skirt and a bright colored blue trainers...

She accessorized with a RayBan tech glasses.

SO what do you guys think..did she nail this look or not? for me the top just doesn't seem right..its adding up to the ensemble..but the skirt and sneakers that i like.
