The reality star wore a Burberry Prorsum Pre Fall 2012 Pattern Coat on a Lanvin Snakeskin Sheath Dress and then paired up with a Christian Louboutin Bis Un Bout Pumps that features a black snakeskin leather ,ankle strap with a PVC lining and a 120mm heel height.

We,ve seen this heel on her sister Khloe Kardashian.

The beautiful thing about this shoe is that it can be worn without the ankle strap thereby giving it a more chic look.
