Jordan Brand Unveils New Melo M12 Sneakers

Jordan Brand on friday unveiled the latest signature sneakers for NBA All Star Carmelo Anthony. The Melo M12 sneakers, which will hit stores on Jan. 2, pay homage to a Baltimore recreation center, dubbed “the dungeon,” that played a key role in Anthony’s journey to basketball stardom.


The Melo M12 basketball sneaker has been updated with new and improved performance features, including two Zoom Air units that offer responsive cushioning and FlightSpeed technology for an explosive first step.

 It also has a sleek new look, with an all-black mesh upper accented by a neon green Jordan logo on the heel panel and the Melo logo on the tongue. In the interior, four bright pink foam pads serve as a surprising design element while also helping to lock in the heel.
