So yesterday while going through Facebook, i came across this photos and was truly inspired by them. This photos tells the story of a little company in Kenya that makes toys from slippers washed up on the beach.

I know ya'll are admiring the slippers*tongue-out* This cute slippers is locally made in Nigeria and to be honest i am impressed. So it happens that as i was pulling out of the wedding i went for, by a corner was a man with his goods spread out before him and instantly my eyes went to this slippers laying in all it's glory in front of him , i instantly approached his wares and my bestie beside me was like oh this is actually cool for a locally made footwear and he was like girl get this cos i know you won't let anyone have peace if you don't....lool....So i quickly got it for $3 and some cents which is ₦1500 in Nigeria currency. The cool thing is that the few i saw were all beautifully different in designs but this was pink and the only one at that so you see why i couldn't leave it..

I know most of us are used to the Guiseppe Zanotti shoes and most especially the flame design heels, but the best part is that when you get tired of wearing the heels, you can always swap the heels for the same flat slippers with same design.

Me i got two last week and got two on monday. i got an orange vincci slippers and a vine wedge slippers which i will use and rock my natives starting tomoro..i yaf tire for heels for now..

My Shoe Diary 5.

He My,Beautiful,Cute and Lovely GSB fam...lemme turn you people's head small....lol.. how's the weekend going on for ya'll..well mine was ok even tho there were plenty of work to do,i was able to find hapiness in between.. Check out previous post on my shoe diary 1-4

Aii today i will give you my own experience of this impulse buying and how will i even put it sef.....*still thinking* chai am obssessed with shoes ooo..i just find my sef dressing up, stepping out of the house just to go and buy shoe even if there's no need for that. cC

This week that we about to end was a bit fun and excitng for me..lol...I've been on high on slippers purchase....*don't mind me jawe...

The thing is that about two months ago or so i was doing sanitation in my closet and i was like damn i don't really have flat fancy slippers..nawa ooo...and the ish with me is that i don't just buy shoes anyhow..i look out for style and quality..it might be expensive it might be cheap yea..i won't really mind as far as i get valve for my money.. i recently got someone who imports shoes from malaysia and dubai and since then he has been my friend...lol...every little opportunity i get,i go to his place to get new slippers both to sell and for my personal use..and i've not been disappointed patronising him.
